Who we are

Nephronaut Ltd (company number 17293164), Bartle House, 9 Oxford Court, Manchester M2 3WQ, is the controller for personal data collected through this website. Contact us at hello@nephronaut.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, organisation (if you give it) and your message. If you register interest in Sibyl, we receive your name, email address and trust. If you email us, we receive your message and address. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry and to continue any conversation that follows. If you register interest in Sibyl, we use your details only to contact you about Sibyl. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us or ask to hear from us. We do not sell your details or use them for marketing lists.

Where it is held

Contact form and register-interest submissions are stored by Netlify, Inc., our website host, which processes them in the United States under its data processing agreement. Email is provided by Google Workspace, under Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

How long we keep it

We delete enquiries 12 months after our last exchange with you, unless we are working together. We delete a registration of interest in Sibyl when you ask us to, or 12 months after we last contacted you about it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@nephronaut.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The AI Practice Rounds "Register interest" button opens a Microsoft Form that is run separately from this website; the information shown on that form applies to anything you submit there.
